SHRVL any URL

Shrvl URLs to 22 Characters

New Feature: Click Statistics
Monitor user click statistics and demographics.

SHRVL is a new way to reduce (shrivel) the number of characters in a long URL. Dynamically created URLs can contain numerous characters that can span across many lines. Long, cumbersome URLs can make it difficult to share links in instant messages or emails. Long links can break in email or instant message programs. Dynamically generated URLs can contain characters that maybe stripped out of emails, instant messages, blogs, or other social media Web sites because of the potential threat of SQL injection or malware.

SHRVL can store any URL for later use! Share a short 22 character URL and easily pass your desired link to friends, family, and colleagues. SHRVL is great for use in microblogs, where character length is limited. SHRVL is already being used in popular microblogging platforms, such as Jaiku and Twitter.

SHRVL is a free service! Use SHRVL on a daily basis or just SHRVL a URL once. Create a SHRVL account, and keep track of the links that you SHRVL. You can email or IM SHRVLed URLs directly from your user account.

Happy SHRVLing!
