SHRVL is a free URL minimizing tool intended to benefit the Web community by turning long URLs into a more manageable format for e-mail, Web sites, blogs, micro-blogs, and other non-commercial ventures. Commercial ventures include the minimizing and shriveling of URLs used to generate revenue on the scale larger than is necessary for use by individuals. We will disable any URL that is directly used to deceive, bait, or phish users into disseminating personal or financial information. You may not use the SHRVL application for spamming or other illegal purposes. SHRVL is not to be used to hide malicious or harmful script files. SHRVLing JavaScript files and other executable files is strictly forbidden. If you have any questions, you should send an email to info@shrvl dot com. Please follow the golden rule: if you have reached the end of this service agreement and think that you are probably safe because this Terms of Service Agreement did not strictly forbid your intended action, you may want to find another URL shortening application. All rights not specifically stated in this Terms of Service Agreement will remain the property of shrvl.com and its parent company. URLs that violate this Terms of Service Agreement will be disabled. SHRVL provides no warranty or guarantee that the service will work without failure, but, hey, it is a free service. If you want to license the SHRVL technology, you may do so by contacting info@shrvl dot com. The following URLs have been banned from SHRVL:
